New Blogger BETA
Ok, so I've upgraded my blog to the new version... So what? I barely see any difference at all... The posting interface seems identical... A few minor differences to the layout of the dashboard, I suppose I have to find a 'Whats New?' page or something...
You've got to be shitting me...
Take a good look at this bad boy... Yes, that's right, you can bring your iPod to the bathroom with you and tuck into a podcast while you take a dump... Brilliant... The

Crosstalk - Excellent Software for Remote Control / Helping Users
Thanks to Santos for the tip on this one - very handy little application for Remote Control / Remote Assistance, this is what Remote Assistance in Windows XP should have been - works through a Firewall, through NAT, works brilliantly actually, and it's free (currently), although clearly this organization has to develop some type of revenue model, currently no advertising or anything... Check out the web site, read the FAQ, and give it a try, in 2 minutes you can be connected up and screen sharing - based on VNC technology...

Vista, Office, Exchange! Holy Shnikees!
Attended Microsoft's LAUNCH 2007 event in Toronto today. All in all, a pretty good event. Some good information about Vista (Microsoft's newest Desktop OS, the replacement for XP), Office 2007, and Exchange 2007.
Here's the official website for the site... Suprisingly, for me, the best part of the whole day was actually the guest keynote speaker
Micheal Treacy, who really said nothing specifically about Microsoft software, but delivered a very compelling presentation about building a business structure to achieve succesful growth - outstanding, very powerful, I'm going to grab both of his books... A streaming video of the keynote (and all the presentations) will be available via the event web site:
